Quick and Delicious Yogurt Breakfast Bowl

This simple to make dish is so tasty you'll be coming back for more! Yogurt bowls are healthy and require only a few ingredients. Below, I've shared my favorite recipe with you to enjoy for breakfast, as a snack or dessert.  

Use your own ratio to add the amount of ingredients you'd like for your yogurt bowl. I splurge in mine so you might not want to do as I do, haha.

  • 1 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt - I use plain whole milk yogurt but the option is up to you.

  • 3/4 cup Frozen blueberries - I highly recommend frozen fruit that's "smoothie ready" (not frozen hard) because it has a nicer texture and quickly thaws during preparation.

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup crushed walnuts

  • Honey to taste - I'm generous with my honey

Assemble in that order and la boom! a delicious and affordable meal that leaves me full for hours and hours.
